Family walking towards Ulster Transport Museum

If you’re planning on visiting the museum, we recommend pre-booking your tickets via the ticket link at the top of the website. Although you can still pay on the day, pre-booking allows us to monitor the number of visitors on-site to ensure your visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible.

If you also want to explore Ulster Folk Museum on the same day, you’ll need to purchase a separate ticket at The museums now operate as two separate museums, therefore we no longer offer a dual ticket for Ulster Transport Museum and Ulster Folk Museum.

We recommend you give yourself two hours at each museum for the most memorable time at both.

If you are a member, don’t forget to bring along your membership card or photographic ID so we can ensure your free entry and discount in our gift shop.

Group bookings of up to 15 people can be made online. Group bookings of 15 people or more will receive a 10% discount as well. For bookings over 15 people, please email us.

For Education and School group booking enquiries, please fill in our online booking form to submit your request. Due to site capacity restrictions, we cannot accept school bookings without prior arrangement.
